Thomas Wolfe 8k - Asheville, North Carolina - Running

The Thomas Wolfe 8k is a Running race in Asheville, North Carolina consisting of a 8K.

Asheville has been celebrating its favorite son with this race for over 40 years. Come celebrate a great American Author with a gorgeous fall run. Capped at 500 runners, the race starts at the Wolfe house and memorial and heads through downtown Asheville into the historic Montford neighborhood as mentioned in his books and into the Riverside Cemetary, past his final resting place.

This race is special in another way. We give prizes out for the first male and female runner that pass MILE 1, MILE 3 and the top finishers. $50 gift certificate to Jus' Running will be awarded to the fastest (but you need to finish the entire race).
