The Dam Good Trail Race is a Running race in Mt. Morris, New York consisting of a 14 Mile Trail Run.
For 14 miles, you will experience one of this area's hidden trail running treasures. From the starting line at the Mount Morris Dam on the edge of the Genesee river gorge, you'll enjoy your first of several scenic overlooks. Take it in before you take off! The course quickly becomes a winding single-track through open woods and sloping hills. The landscapes are ever changing; from heavily wooded evergreens to rocky stream crossings. At the halfway mark, each runner will take a short loop on Letchworth State Park trail #16 and head back to the Dam and Recreation Center for the finish.
