Orange Runners Club Winter Series - Middletown, New York - Running

The Orange Runners Club Winter Series is a Running race in Middletown, New York consisting of a 5K.

The Winter Series has been around in one form or another for just about as long as the Orange Runners Club and arises to fill a need for us to test our ability to brave the elements and his/her fitness level at the time of year when many runners have put the running shoes up or have traded outside running activity for trips to the gym. Yes - there are other people like you who yearn to get back outdoors and feel the wild wind on their face. Brave the Winter season come out and run with us in the Winter Series! The series takes place on the Middletown Community Campus, an open course but not heavily trafficked so ideal for a road race. The surface is all pavement, but there is chance for water hazards because of the Winter season such as snow and ice that can make it a potential technical challenge. Run smart! It will be two loops starting and and ending near the HONORehg building, 38 Seward Ave.
