Whipple City 5K/10K - Greenwich, New York - Running

The Whipple City 5K/10K is a Running race in Greenwich, New York consisting of a 10K and 5K and Kids Run/Fun Run.

The Whipple City 5K and new this year a 10K Race is a family oriented run/walk through the beautiful village and farmland in Greenwich, NY. The race helps to kick off the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce's Whipple City Festival held in a nearby park. The race is a gentle upslope out and a quick downslope back both starting and ending in front of the Greenwich Central Middle School. Water and light refreshments available after the race. Prizes are awarded to the male and female overall winners. A portion of the proceeds supports the Greater Greenwich Chamber of Commerce Scholarship for Greenwich Central School.
