The Mike Caesar 5K for Autism is a Running race in Baldwin, New York consisting of a 5K.
This annual 5k run/walk takes place in celebration of the life of Mike Caesar. Mike passed away from a very rare and aggressive cancer suddenly in October 2015. To honor his life, we raise money for the Organization for Autism Research, as Mike's much loved nephew, Andrew, lives with Autism. To date, we have raised almost $30,000 for OAR, and those funds go towards OAR's efforts to support individuals living with autism and their families.
Mike was an admired father, husband, brother, uncle, neighbor, coach and friend, who spent his life helping others in the Baldwin/Oceanside community.
