The Hero 5K is a Running race in Paramus, New Jersey consisting of a 5K.


The Bergen Community College Wellness and Exercise Science Department along with The BCC Foundations hosting the Annual Hero 5K Run and 1 mile Family Fun Run to benefit Bergen Community College's Hero's! This Run is supporting BCC's Veterans and BCCF's Emergency Student Support. The run will take place in Bergen Community College's campus. The race will start at 8:30am

While the race is going on a family village will be open for your kids to play. The family village will have fun and games and a bouncy house!! Come dresses as your favorite Super Hero to show your support for BCC's Veterans!! Hero 5K takes place November 13, 2022 in Paramus, New Jersey.
