The Great Bay 5K is a Running race in Stratham, New Hampshire consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.
The Great Bay 5K is a fast race on mostly residential streets with great views of Great Bay. The race offers long-sleeve tech shirts, chip timing, great post-race food, a kids' fun run, and costume contests in both the 5K and the fun run.
The race is a fund-raiser for the non-profit Great Bay Stewards and the Great Bay Discovery Center. The Stewards help fund programs and capital improvements at the Great Bay Discovery Center, as well as provide scholarships to local high school seniors, research grants to UNH graduate students, and support for like-minded organizations that help preserve and protect Great Bay.
