The LPD Catch-A-Cop / 5K Foot Pursuit Fun Run is a Running race in Lincoln, Nebraska consisting of a 1 Mile and 5K.

LPD Catch-A-Cop and 5K Foot Pursuit Fun Run. Please note there are separate links to sign up for each event. See below to get signed up for one or both events. The event will be at Mahoney Park. We will have a castle/slide bouncy house, obstacle course, face painting, smoothie bikes, fire trucks, police cars, music and more to fill the morning with fun! The youth participating will get 5 police badge stickers to arrest the officers along the 1 mile route! We will have a minimum of two waves of youth runners, based on age, with the first hitting the pavement at 9am. The second waveKeep Reading will start at 9:20am. Parents/guardians are allowed to run with younger children at no charge! We will also allow siblings to run in the same wave upon request. All participating youth will be presented with a medal by uniformed officers!
