Lincoln YMCA Turkey Trot - Lincoln, Nebraska - Running

The Lincoln YMCA Turkey Trot is a Running race in Lincoln, Nebraska consisting of a 1 Mile and 3 Mile Relay and 5K.

Get ahead of the holiday calories and take part in a family tradition at the YMCA Turkey Trot. Runners and walkers of all levels of ability are welcome. Choose from a 1-Mile Fun Run & Walk, a 5K Race and the 3 X 1-Mile Turkey Leg Relay (3 people on a relay team each run 1-mile during the 5K Race, following the same route).

Fun for all with a bounce house, costume contests and door prizes. In the 5K Race, the overall male and female finishers will each receive a frozen turkey. All 5K runners receive finisher's medals. All youth in the mile fun run will receive a finisher's ribbon. 3 X 1-Mile Relay category winners (all-male, all-female and co-ed) will receive prizes. Relay teams are eligible for a prize for best baton design and best team costume.

Strollers are allowed in the 1-Mile and the 5K. However, for the safety of all, we ask that you start at the back of the start line and stay next to the curb along the course.

Dogs are not allowed on the course during any of the races.
