The Trails and Tails 5K is a Running race in St. Joseph, Missouri consisting of a 5K.
This unique 5K takes place on the same trail used by St. Joseph Christian School to host junior high and high school cross country races. Whether you race the trail, or opt for the newly resurfaced track, you are encouraged to bring along your favorite canine!
Both the cross country trail and track course runners will start at the same time and at the same location. However, only those running the cross country trail will be timed for awards. Those running the trail will do so with the knowledge that the terrain will be rough and could contribute to injury.
