Ran MCM as my first marathon after years of running multiple halfs/year. First class experience from registration to finish. Having the Marines lining the way as you charged up the last stretch to the Iwo was inspiring. The crowd support along the course was amazing. Would highly recommend this race to

I loved almost everything about this race. The course was interesting and flat, the spectators were amazing and the expo was easy to navigate. My only complaints would be the lack of merchandise at the expo and that some of the roads were in poor condition (uneven or loose gravel)

I ran this race a few weeks ago. I've learned from past experience anytime a Fire Department is involved in a race there is usually something good about it. This year's race was a USATF-NJ Men's Championship race which brought in an extra 200+ seasoned runners.
