The Meijer Festival of Races is a Running race in Traverse City, Michigan consisting of a Half Marathon.

Important Race Course Change Announcement for the 10k, 15k, and the Half Marathon.

Due to abnormally high water levels, the race course for the Half Marathon, 15k & 10k are being rerouted from its usually path under Murchie Bridge. This year, youall find yourself running along the bay and under the tunnel to sprint to the finish line in the Festival of Races.

While we have tried everything to keep our race course the same, mother nature has had other plans for us. The high water levels range between 3 and 8 inches of standing water on the race path and the safety of our runners comes first. The race team would like you to know that the distance of this race only change by approximately 140 feet.
