About The Half Note Half Marathon

The Half Note Half Marathon is a Running race in Stevensville, Michigan consisting of a Half Marathon and 5K.

This is a fundraiser event to support the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra (SMSO), located in St. Joseph, Michigan. The SMSO has been an integral part of the cultural fabric of the community since 1951. We strive to bring a wide variety of musical experiences to the region and help maintain a dynamic and vibrant community for all.

Course Description:

Experience the beauty of southwest Michigan's agricultural heart as you run past fragrant vineyards, hops fields, and rich farmland between Stevensville and Baroda, Michigan.The course startsKeep Reading and ends at the same place, looping around the countryside.

The half-marathon route is mainly flat, but there are some climbs along the way to add some challenge.The 5K route is a great way for both runners and walkers to get some endorphins in early and use that energy throughout the rest of the day!
