The Cinco de Mayo 5K is a Running race in Lansing, Michigan consisting of a 5K.
Cafecito Caliente wishes to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with its Inaugural Cinco de Mayo 5k Run/Walk on Lansing's south side. The race highlights include running the River Trail which this part of it, happens to be mostly shaded and was well received in last years September 5K.
The course starts at Maguire Park and continues into Hawk Island. The scenery changes into the woods next to the water on the parks west side of Lansing's River Trail. One mile into the park is the turnaround and finishes back at Maguire Park.
