The Cafecito Caliente 5K is a Running race in Lansing, Michigan consisting of a 5K.
Cafecito Caliente wishes to celebrate the beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month with its Inaugural Cafecito Caliente 5k Run on Lansing's south side. The race highlights include running the River Trail and upon completing the course, runners can partake in having pan dulce (sweet Mexican bread) and coffee both freshly made to perfection!
The course starts at Maguire Park and continues into Hawk Island. The scenery changes into the woods next to the water on the parks west side of Lansing's Rivertrail. One mile into the park is the turnaround and finishes back at Maguire Park.
