Portage Health Turkey Trot 5K - Hancock, Michigan - Running

The Portage Health Turkey Trot 5K is a Running race in Hancock, Michigan consisting of a 5K.

Join us for a 5k Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. This is a great event for the entire family!

Participants will meet at the front lobby of UP Health System - Portage in Hancock to register. Walkers and runners will head out on Portage Dr, then west onto Ingot to connect with the Hancock/Calumet trail. Participants will continue on the trail until Tomasi Rd where they will loop around to finish at the hospital.

Snacks and refreshments will be served in the hospital lobby following the Turkey Trot.

The Turkey Trot is part of the Keweenaw National Historic Park's Step Into History program. Many of Keweenaw National Historical Park's Heritage Sites provide recreational trails where you can Step Into History where and when it works for you. Come to the Turkey Trot to discover how you can explore industrial sites and neighborhoods while staying active.
