The Zombie Dash - Grand Rapids is a Running race in Grand Rapids, Michigan consisting of a 5K.

Get ready for the most terrifyingly fun 5k you will ever experience. Survivors (runners) will navigate Apocalypse Avenue and Kill Hill as they run a 5k course in downtown Grand Rapids between sunset and darkness. Keep your two life strips (flag football flags) safe to avoid infection (time penalties). All you have to do is dodge over 200 hungry zombies along the way!

One of the only nighttime zombie races in the world.
