I have raced this 5k the past 2 years as well as my kids did the 1miler last year. Super well run event, great support from the families on the neighborhood we run through, kiddos loved the ceramic finisher medals...oh yeah...there are PANCAKES at the end!!!

I've run this race 15 times! It's well organized and in a spectacular location. Meb, Bill Rogers, Joan Benoit have run this race in the last few years. The course is breathtaking. Pre- and Post-race activities are plentiful. It's a great weekend destination. If you want to read my full review,

Despite the 5K and 10K races with a low turnout, I'd say the price of registration to enter the race was pretty reasonable. That's especially a bang for my buck for a 5K that does not have a huge crowd.

I am unsure about the course similarity to the Casino Bridge Run,
