The Mountaineer Pi Run is a Running race in Byron Center, Michigan consisting of a 5K.
After triumphantly crossing the finish line of this 5K race, reward yourself with a delicious piece of pie (or another of our great post-race refreshments). The race is a great tune-up for the River Bank Run. All pre-registered runners will receive a t-shirt. All proceeds benefit Zion Christian School's Mountaineer Athletic Boosters.
Why is the event called a Pi Run? A 5K is 3.1 miles. Pi (or ?) is the number 3.14. That's almost the same thing. Basically, we're looking for any reason to combine running and dessert.
