The Feed the 5000 5K is a Running race in Glenn Dale, Maryland consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.


iCare will be hosting its annual "Feed the 5,000 5K Walk/Run in support of its campaign to help provide 5,000 meals and groceries to homeless citizens, homeless veterans and low-income senior citizens and families.

iCare's 5K is a great way to give back and get fit in the process. Our 5K is always great fun with all our registrants receiving wonderful medals, delicious food, a t-shirt and fun activities for the children.
