Easy to sign up, especially last minute. For a first time race, the volunteers seemed very organized and on top of everything, if not very friendly/encouraging. No cups to use post-race, which was frustrating, because I would've brought my water bottle if I had known. The trail is ROUGH and definitely More... can only hold one runner at a time, but since I was near the back for most of it and there wasn't a ton of people, that wasn't a problem for me. They also released people in waves of 12, which looked like it turned out well. Gorgeous scenery, but the trail is filled with roots so I spent most of my time looking down, and I still tripped over myself several times. Having the finish line at the top of a steep trail was also pretty brutal, especially since you had to climb it twice to complete the 10K. I learned that I cannot trail race, but I'd recommend it to others who can/do enjoy it. Price was the same for 5K & 10K, which ended up being great for me since I decided I couldn't complete it and only did one lap instead of two. Medal was unique and pretty, I didn't get a t-shirt and I got no information if I would receive one or not.
