The Karen's Energy 4 Life Run is a Running race in Rockland, Maine consisting of a 5K.

Join us for a fun 5K Run/Walk along Midcoast Maine in beautiful Rockland, Maine!

Proceeds to go to The Maine Cancer Foundation directed towards clinical research which is what is needed for cures to be discovered and to the Energy 4 Life program which helps those locally dealing with cancer in memory of Karen Ware.

Energy 4 Life is a 501c3, so your donation is 100% tax deductible. 100% of your donation goes to help people fighting cancer and also stays in the State of Maine!

There will be awards for the top three male & female finishers and for these divisions for both men & women: 14
