HUDDLE UP! on the 50 is an annual fundraising event that celebrates the beginning of the fall sports season at Nicholls State University. This family friendly event features a 5K Run/Walk, Kids Fun Run and Tailgate Cook-off Competition all leading to a spirited Colonels football scrimmage to end the day.

The HUDDLE UP! on the 50 - 5K Run/Walk takes advantage of a flat, fast course that cruises through the campus of Nicholls State University before finishing on the 50 yard line of John L. Guidry Stadium. All participants are invited to attend our Post Race Finish Fest that includes complementary food and beverages for participants (ID Required)Keep Reading along with live entertainment. Runners will receive an official race tee shirt and unique finishers medal upon completion of the race. Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall finishers. Additionally, 1st and 2nd place awards will be given in each age group, for both male and female participants.
