Barbecue on the River 5K - Paducah, Kentucky - Running

The Barbecue on the River 5K is a Running race in Paducah, Kentucky consisting of a 5K.

Since 1994, the 5K Run and Fitness Walk has been a part of Paducah's BBQ on the River. More than 500 runners and walkers come from across the U.S. to participate in the race where we utilize a chip timing system to produce accurate results. This is a wonderful event that promotes health, fitness and a fun time for everyone; serious runners, kids, corporate teams, running clubs, entire families, or community groups can join in. Since 2001, the race has also offered a 1-mile Youth Run to children ages 12 and under. The race course for the 5K and the 1-mile Youth Run begins in downtown Paducah at the Paducah Bank main branch, located at 555 Jefferson Street.
