About The Head Up Heels Down 5K

The Head Up Heels Down 5K is a Running race in Lexington, Kentucky consisting of a 1 Mile and 5K.

Join us for the Annual RK-5K, The Twilight Run at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event at the Rolex Stadium on the grounds of the Kentucky Horse Park. We'll have a dynamic warm-up lead by trainers from OrangeTheory Fitness at 6:15pm followed by a short program prior to our race start.

The race will feature a chip timed/competitive 5K run and an untimed 1 Mile fun run/walk. All 5K & 1 Mile participants will receive a commemorative RK-5K technical T-shirt and kids (under 12) participating in the fun run/walk will receive a finishers medal. DJ, Overall & Age Group Awards (5K), Raffle and a beautiful race course.Keep Reading
