DV8 Kitchen was opened in August 2017 with the hopes of providing jobs to people in the early stages of addiction recovery. DV8 dreamed that they could offer great food, service and atmosphere to their guests. The hope was that better quality would build pride and satisfaction in their staff, show their customers that men and women with a past are more than worthy to employ and build Dv8 Kitchen into a sustainable business. Thanks to the wonderful people of the Bluegrass, DV8 is meeting those hopes, dreams and goals.
