The A Running Start 5K is a Running race in Lexington, Kentucky consisting of a 5K.
Join us for the A Running Start 5K at 6:30pm at Coldstream Research Park.
Come run or walk with us and some new-to-running recovery guys to support A Running Start program for men and women in addiction recovery.
A Running Start believes in the healing power of physical activity for those affected by situational homelessness and addiction. Our running community provides a unique accountability and can be used as a tool to prevent relapse and encourage recovery. We make sure those we help have proper training and shoes and we help pay for their 5K registration fees.
