The course is laid out nice with plenty of obstacles that can be done by pretty much anyone, hip deep water, 6-7 foot walls and things in between.
Great support throughout the course.

This was the fourth year my husband and I attended, doing the walk and the 5k. The 5k is a nice run with some inclines and nice scenery. There are Fun signs to keep you motivated and live music at certain points in the race. Every year we look forward to

"Challenging but awesome race.

- Packet - more goodies than most races.
- Swim - Even though it's far north it's still the Hudson. In 2013 we believe the course was short.
- Bike - Challenging hills but great course. Enough aid stations.
- Run - Challenging hills again but amazing crowd support. BEAUTIFUL
