The RMC Moving For Life is a Running race in Manchester, Iowa consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 10K and 5K.

Prizes awarded to top male & female and medals to the top 3 in each division: Overall, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Fun Run
Participants get a fun ribbon and top 3 male & female finishers will be awarded medals. Bring your kids ages 4-10 and have them try the Fun Run. This is a great way to introduce them to the fun of running! Adults are
welcome to walk/run with their kids. All proceeds help improve services for YOU!
