About The Moving for LIFE

The Moving for LIFE is a Running race in Manchester, Iowa consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 10K and 5K.

10K & 5K
Prizes awarded to top male & female in each division:
Overall, 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Fun Run
Participants get a fun ribbon and top 3 finishers will be awarded medals. Bring your kids ages 4-10 and have them try the Fun Run. This is a great way to introduce them to the fun of running! Adults are welcome to walk/run with their kids.
