The DRAKE ROAD RACES is a Running race in Des Moines, Iowa consisting of a Half Marathon.

After more than a half century of tradition, the excitement continues to grow for this iconic event. The 5K, 10K and half marathon distances all finish in Drake Stadium on the world famous Blue Oval.

Each participant will receive a specially designed event shirt and all runners receive a finisher's medal. Friends and family can cheer your finish from easily accessible stadium seating.

The ever popular BULLDOG DOUBLE returns as well. Sign up for the Drake Road Races and then register for the Grand Blue Mile to be eligible to earn the additional medal for the Bulldog Double. The Grand Blue Mile will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary!!
