The Beyond the Beach Marathon is a Running race in Gary, Indiana consisting of a Half Marathon and Marathon and 5K.
Join us in this awesome marathon that starts and finishes along the beaches of Lake Michigan located in Marquette Beach Park. Marquette Park is completely surrounded by Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. Also,This beach area has the awesome chicago skyline in view. This Boston Qualifying course is held on the streets of Miller Beach area. The marathon is a double loop of the half marathon course.
There will be water stops about every 1.5 miles. Water stations will consist of water and gatorade.
The event will be chip timed for fast and accurate results.
There will be overall, Master and five year age group
