The Run for the Stars 5K is a Running race in Wheaton, Illinois consisting of a 5K.

Run for the STARS has a great course through tree lined streets and fantastic bib raffle prizes. This race brings together competitive runners and families for more than just a race, they support our STARS. Here at College Church, we refer to children and adults with intellectual disabilities as STARS. Last year Run for The STARS provided recreation and training opportunities for over 100 STARS and respite for their families. On race day the STARS and their families will show their appreciation by being course marshals and cheering you on as you go by. Then you can cheer the STARS on as they run in the Dash for the STARS. STARS will hand out the medals and thank you for your support of this race and all it means to them.
