Join us for our chip-timed run/walk for research on the #1 cause of heart attacks in women under age 50 - Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD). SCAD is a poorly understood type of a heart attack, which impacts young, active individuals especially women.
The 5K run/walk takes place on a USATF certified crushed limestone course winding through beautiful Danada Forest Preserve, Wheaton, IL. Participants have come from across the US, Canada and Sweden.
