The Regents 5K is a Running race in Rockford, Illinois consisting of a 5K Trail Run.
Come experience the beauty of the Rockford University campus. The multi-terrain course will take runners past academic buildings, residence halls, and beautiful wooded areas. If you haven't seen campus in a while, this is a great way to do it! Two water stations will be provided on the course during the race. The race will conclude in parking Lot A where you are invited to join us for tailgating prior to the homecoming football game. Preferred parking for tailgating will be available with registration in parking Lot A.
