About The 5.0 Elimination Race - Rockford Road Runners 50th Anniversary

The 5.0 Elimination Race - Rockford Road Runners 50th Anniversary is a Running race in Rockford, Illinois consisting of a 5K.

Race Format: Five 1 mile laps. The first four laps you have up to 15 minutes to complete each lap. Run the lap in 8 minutes, get 7 to rest! A new lap will be started by the timer every 15 minutes! You cannot start your next lap until the timer starts that lap. The final lap (mile) is the race! To be eligible to run the last lap you must have completed the other 4 laps in under 15 minutes. Children under 15 only need run last lap or as many as they want. Everyone 16 and older must go all 5 without beingKeep Reading
