The Knowledge For Life 5K is a Running race in Thomasville, Georgia consisting of a 1 Mile and 5K.

Please join us for the Knowledge for Life 5K and 1-mile fun run in the Macintyre Park neighborhood and afterwards enjoy a morning in the park with family activities. The course starts and ends at Macintyre Park, winding through the historical neighborhoods of Thomasville. This is a great tune up for the Rose City 10K!

Awards will include trophies for the Overall Male and Female and Overall Masters Male and Female in the 5K and 1-mile fun run. Medals for the top three in the age categories in the 5K.
