About The Empower You 5K

The Empower You 5K is a Running race in Hinesville, Georgia consisting of a 5K.

The EmpowerYOU channel partnered up with Milaje Fitness to host a city wide 5K for an all women transition workshop supporting women all across the coastal area on how to hone in on their self identity, and empower theirselves through confidence and overcoming everyday challenges.
