Feel good, positive, supportive group of women at this race. It was well organized and even a beginner could easily navigate the when, where and how of a Tri. The Syracuse area is a great place to visit in the summer. Lots to do on a weekend visit.

The biggest positive of this event is that it is run by students and I love that. I thought the communication needed improved from those running the race - I wasn't even able to get an accurate of the course. I think ND was undergoing some construction at the

I've run this race on July 4th a number of times and each year this event has improved. What did bug me was that there was no National Anthem played prior to the start of the race. Come on Guys it's the 4th of July. The birthday of this great nation.
