September is Sickle Cell Awareness month. Genesic Nonprofit Organization, Incorporated is hosting a 5K/10K run and 1 Mile walk to celebrate and bringing awareness to Sickle Cell Disease. Also, enjoy the beautiful downtown area of Albany, Georgia and the flowing water of the Flint River.
