The Frightening 4K is a Running race in Vero Beach, Florida consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 4K.


This spooky, Halloween themed race features a flat, fast, shaded course that travels through residential neighborhoods and features a haunted canopied dirt road section. There is a water stop along the way and plenty of parking around South Beach Park. Participants are welcomed and engouraged to wear costumes. Following the race will be a FREE Kid's Fun Run. Post-Race festivities take place at the South Beach Park and include Music, Refreshments, Costume Contest, and Awards Ceremony. Frightening 4K takes place October 21, 2023 in Vero Beach, Florida.
