The Best Friends 10K - Ellis-Methvin Park is a Running race in Plant City, Florida consisting of a 10K and 10K Relay.

US Road Running is holding a 10K Relay Race. The course is a loop course. Each person runs/walks .52 miles loop and then switches off with your best friend. Each person runs/walks a total of 3.1 miles. This total as a team is 6.2 miles.
Both runners that are participating in the relay will sign up at the same time of registration.
Teams may be male, female or co-ed.
We also are offering a 10K single event fora Finisher Medal. Please note if you sign up for this you are paying $40.00 for a single registration.
Entry fees are non-transferable, non-refundable, no exceptions. You may not wear someone else's bib.Keep Reading You must be in good health and physically prepared. Race numbers are required to participate. This event will occur rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. Should the event be canceled, there are no refunds. No dogs on the course. Strollers are permitted.
