The Strides for Scholars is a Running race in Panama City, Florida consisting of a 5K.
Strides for Scholars is a 5K Walk-Run and Fun Run designed to promote fitness and fellowship among supporters of education and to raise funds to benefit the Take Stock In Children scholarship and mentoring program for local kids. Everyone-from rocking chair champions to real racers-is invited to join us at the corner of 10th Court and Balboa Avenue for the 5K (the St. Andrews route) and afterwards at the Nelson Building for awards and brunch. The 5K begins at 8:00 a.m. with the Fun Run immediately following.
could be ran backwards so the last short leg is not uphill other than that is it well organized and nice for a cold morning
