The Fitness 5K and Wellness Expo is a one stop shop to learn about all the various fitness and wellness related options in the Oviedo area. Talk to personal trainers, get free samples, take demo classes and much more! Raffles and refreshments will be available as well. This year will feature local three-time olympian, Jenny Simpson! This event is free and family friendly and will begin at 8am for those not signed up for the 5K.
