Feel good, positive, supportive group of women at this race. It was well organized and even a beginner could easily navigate the when, where and how of a Tri. The Syracuse area is a great place to visit in the summer. Lots to do on a weekend visit.

This event was so good. I signed up the day after the race for next years race in 2022. Yes, it was that good and it rained so hard during the awards ceremony that everyone had to run for their cars.

Great course. I know people complained about the location of the number pickup. Unless you live in Dumbo, the pickup location is pretty out of the way. This is the first run I know about where the race organizers let you send a "proxy" to pickup your number
