The Nazareth 5K is a fun event held on the beautiful campus of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth to promote the work that they do internationally. I could not think of a better way to spend a Saturday morning in June.

"This will be the 28th Annual Glen Rock Jaycees Arboretum Run which will be held on Labor Day . I last ran this race in 2013. and there is a reason why. This event is getting stale. The race needs a makeover and someone needs to step in quickly and
