DREAM Clearwater MLK Day 5K On Memorial Causeway - Clearwater, Florida - Running

The DREAM Clearwater MLK Day 5K On Memorial Causeway is a Running race in Clearwater, Florida consisting of a 5K.

In cooperation with each of the City of Clearwater events being hosted in celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Xanadu Race Management is hosting this non competitive 5K walk/run benefiting The Clearwater MLK Jr. Center Coalition (in cooperation with center director, Anthony Burney). The 5K will start just west of the tennis courts under the Memorial Bridge Helix with check in beginning at 8 a.m. in the grassy area (across the street from Coachman Park). Participants will be released in waves according to the anticipated finish time beginning at 9 a.m. Runners and walkers will begin by advancing at the helix and onto the Memorial Trail. The course will remain entirely on the fully paved Memorial Trail with participants being released in waves to comfortably complete their 5K distance beginning and ending in the grassy area next to the tennis courts.
