Feel good, positive, supportive group of women at this race. It was well organized and even a beginner could easily navigate the when, where and how of a Tri. The Syracuse area is a great place to visit in the summer. Lots to do on a weekend visit.

Still one of my top 5 favorite 5K races. Well organized run on a beautiful course. Digital mile time clocks were spot on. Beer, (limit two beers) watermelon, pretzels at the finish line. If you registered early enough you had your name on your race bib. I like that.

Rain or shine, Run! Geek! Run! is always a great time! I've run RGR twice so far (2016 and 2018) and have loved it. The course is flat, pretty scenic, and has great pit stops of motivation along the way. The shirts are awesome, as well as the prizes if you
