The Wolf Den Dash is a Running race in Pomfret, Connecticut consisting of a 4 Mile Trail Run and 8 Mile Trail Run.
Come and race some of the most beautiful trails in northeast Connecticut. This is a true trail race set in the picturesque grounds of the Wolf Den camping area of Mashamquet Brook State Park. The race is technical in nature at times with a variety of terrain such as dirt roads, single track paths and exposed roots and rocks. You will also run by the historic Wolf Den. Choose to run 4 miles or 8 miles.
