The CO Brewery Running Series - Periodic Brewing is a Running race in Leadville, Colorado consisting of a 5K.

We are the Colorado Brewery Running Series and we run for beer!

Join us for our Fall Colors 5k at Periodic Brewing in Leadville for a 5k-ish course that starts and ends at this awesome brewery! Take on a 5k in the highest incorporated city in the United States! This course will wind up and down the areas surrounding Leadville, but since this is an un-timed fun run, feel free to take your time! Don't forget to slow down and take in the beautiful vistas, and the breathtaking views of the changing colors during peak Aspen season in Colorado! No matter what pace you choose to run this course in, no matter what, there's a beer waiting for you at the finish line!

ABOUT THE RUN:
This may be different than other "races" you've done. We like to keep things relaxed, and all of our events are untimed so everyone can run or walk at their own pace. Instead of closing down the streets, we ensure a safe and fun running route on sidewalks, through parks, and along trails. The course is staffed with encouraging volunteers to cheer you on and point you back to the brewery for your much-deserved beer!

EVENT DAY DETAILS:
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start to get checked-in.

Bring a valid ID. You do not need to be 21 to enjoy the event, but must be 21 to enjoy the beer. Please drink responsibly! (Registered, underage participants receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage).

This is an open course, meaning roads will NOT be closed. You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations.

We run rain or shine! Dress appropriately for the weather.

There will not be a bag check; please plan accordingly.
